  9.                         MARINATED PORK CHOPS

  11. 5 green onions, chopped
  12. 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  13. 1/2 cup soy sauce
  14. 1 1/2 teasp. ginger
  15. 1 teasp. garlic powder
  16. 3 tablsp. honey
  17. 2 tablsp. vinegar
  18. 2 tablsp. unsweetened pineapple juice
  19. 4-6 pork chops, trimmed
  20.  
  21. Combine first 8 ingredients, blending well.
  22. Pour over pork chops and marinate in refrigerator for several hours.
  23. Broil chops in oven.
  24. (This marinate is also great for flank steak!)
